Do you accept credit cards? Yes, absolutely. During the consultation we will book the date and I will send you the invoice for 50% and the contract for your online signature. The balance is due within 48 hours prior to your session. If you cannot pay the balance, the 50% retainer is available for a reschedule.
What is your refund policy? The retainer is non refundable. If you are unable to make the appointment and contact me within 48 hours prior to the appointment I'm happy to reschedule within 90 days. If you are unhappy with your selected images I will work with you to make sure you are 100% thrilled. Prints are not refundable however you can request reprints if you are unhappy with the professional lab results. I have never had an issue with them, but they are guaranteed !
What is your turnaround time? Within 2 weeks. I select the best images per your session details.
Do you provide digital images, prints or wall art? All sessions come with digital images per the collections details. My products are available to purchase from your gallery. Every print is custom made with high quality craftsmanship and professional labs that only use only archival quality paper and ink. Archival quality means that your images will look exactly the same the day you hang them on your wall as they will generations later. All of the images are created through careful calibration for color, tones and texture using special care to create gorgeous images. My photography style and the way my images are framed are best suited for 9x11, 11x14 +. Traditional wallets, 8x10 etc require custom cropping and adjustments. Please contact me for sizes not mentioned that you have a specific need for or a heirloom frame you want to use. If you elect to order prints elsewhere the color, tones and quality is subpar and the cropping will be disappointing.
Where are the on location sessions? Your home, your back yard or at one of the majestic locations the world has to offer. I also shoot at 5 locations in the Phoenix area. They include parks, mountain views, the river, the desert, or a pond or lake. All are fantastic for sunrise, sunset and everything in-between. During the months of June-September sessions are limited to early morning or in studio.
Where is the studio? I’m located in the 85041 zip code of Phoenix Arizona, that is 15 minutes southwest of the downtown area. My studio is a cozy area in my home where we have complete privacy.
Do you travel to clients? Yes! I have wanderlust and love to go to my clients. Any location outside the Phoenix metro area is subject to travel fees.
Do you provide the wardrobe for the shoot? I can help find what you need either by helping you find where to purchase or rent the perfect outfit. I have a limited supply in my studio wardrobe for studio sessions however everyone is unique so during our consultation we will discuss what photographs well.
Is a makeup artist and/or hair stylist provided? Hair and Makeup is highly recommended and provided for 1 person. Additional people are $75 per. If you have your own makeup / Hair stylist the price is $75 less for your session.
